The most fun and frugal around the craft is Needlepoint canvas plastic. The supplies are very inexpensive and easy to find, it is easier to learn for any person of any age. The graphics are easy to read and there is no need to leave the magnifying glass to see what you do! Even the most inexperienced beginner can run on a project worthy of admiration.
Needlepoint canvas plastic is worked by a cup-shaped pieces of canvas sheets of plastic, then working stitches on the canvas. Worsted weight son is the most common type of son used, but the son of specialty canvas plastic is also available. Details are often worked using points of embroidery and embroidery floss. Canvas and plastic is a great way to use the wire you have left for other projects.
This is a very rewarding part of the needle. When working with plastic canvas, projects are not just flat wall hangings or pillows.
